Since 2000, Janice Beaton Fine Cheese has garnered a reputation for passionate cheese mongers, cut-to-order cheese choices and exquisite gifts and platters.

Whether you want to be guided to new delicious cheese finds or bring a selection of cheeses to a party, we will take care of you.  Ready-to-go JBFC fondue mix, FARM’s mac n’ cheese and house-made dips and spreads are available for easy at-home suppers or spontaneous entertaining.  Our charcuterie case features a lovely selection of pates, cured meats, chorizo, and some delectable made-in-Calgary terrines.

All of these items make their way onto our beautiful cheese and charcuterie platters. We regularly host private tours of the cheese case for groups of eight to 10, after hours.  Bring a group of friends when you want to celebrate a special occasion or just want to have a fun night out.

Adjoining us is FARM, our sister restaurant. Charming and cozy, our 40-seat room focuses on the bountiful provenance of small farm, hands-on Alberta meat and produce suppliers. Cheese and charcuterie are a mainstay on our menu, and they complement the gourmet comfort food that is the hallmark of our restaurant.  JBFC’s longstanding reputation for pairing wine, beer and cheeses has found its way into FARM, contributing another way for us to enhance your dining experience.
