Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch is located in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, just 15 minutes south west of Calgary. Currently, our buffalo, elk and beef products are served by Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts lodges and restaurants. The O’Connor family established the ranch in the lush rolling foothills in 1996 to produce a consistent and high quality supply of bison and elk meats for the lodges and restaurants. Today, buffalo, elk and natural beef are rapidly becoming a staple in the diets of families and people who are pursuing a healthier lifestyle.
Rocky Mountain Cuisine is born

All of our meats are processed in government inspected premises and are sold frozen in vacuum packages for maximum quality and safety. Elk and bison meats are very flavorful, easy to use and enhance the taste of most recipes contributing to a positive eating experience.
